At the helm of Crucible Consultants is Sushmita Sen Gupta. After completing her Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology from Indraprastha College, University of Delhi, she went on to earn her M.B.A. degree from the Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi. After a few months as a management professional, utter boredom set in and she jumped ship to join
a leading advertising agency as a Copywriter. Her boss told her that she had to be the only M.B.A. copywriter in the country (there have been many more since !).

After many happy years in three ad agencies, the desire to do her own thing became too strong to be ignored and she set up Crucible Consultants. The flow of ideas, experimentation and leaps of faith have been going on ever since.

Sushmita takes on the research, scripting and direction for all their productions.

V. Raja Manikantan is the Executive Producer at Crucible Consultants. Starting his career with television networks, he soon branched out to independent production of corporate films, television commercials and documentaries. The ultimate “can do” man, Raja combines directorial skills and a strong visual sensibility with the resourcefulness and people skills needed in his sphere of work. He has been instrumental in building up an excellent network of talented professionals and high-end equipment suppliers all over India.

And we must confess, on behalf of our whole team, that we truly and thoroughly enjoy what we do!
